Summary: Plenty of room for a family fun vacay with 9 people ages 6-76. Spacious, clean, great location with ease of getting to SDC, Sight and Sound and 76 BLVD. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, bowls and coffee cups, utensils, knives and basic cookware. What it lacked was microwave bowls for cooking other than cereal bowls. The skillets are “non-stick” that food sticks to seriously. Bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Plenty of towels and washcloths.The property sits right at the waters edge on a slope with a fence for protection from falls. Just wished there was a privacy fence between houses as they are very close together. The back patio and deck overlooks the river and makes for beautiful mornings and peaceful sunsets. The Bald Eagle family across the river added to the experience. Bring binoculars.
